What are the delivery methods?

All our deliveries are made directly from you, the delivery is free and free of charge for all the countries of the European Union of North Africa as well as the UAE Bahrain and KSA.

  • What happens if I’m away from delivery?

The postman will drop the parcel in your mailbox or leave you a notice of passage, you will then have 15 days to retrieve the parcel.

  • Pay off a purchase?

The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order (unless the customer agrees for another method of refund) and within 14 days of the right of withdrawal.

How do I track my order?

We will contact you to inform you of every step of ordering your product.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order?

The content of the order in terms of item is not changeable.

However, the delivery address can be changed. However, in order to cancel your order you can contact us via our after-sales service and we will endeavour to satisfy your request if the order is still being prepared.

After cancelling your order you will not be charged.


How to do if my order is incomplete damaged or does not match my purchase

If your order is different from your purchase please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt by sending us a photo of the products concerned in order to find a solution as soon as possible.
