Article 2 – Acceptance of CGV

3.2. A free quote is provided prior to the closing of the sale. Any customer ordering from the helloptic.com site is systematically given a free quote in the form of an order summary.

This quote is displayed during the order (step 5) and is printable. It summarizes all the products and services invoiced by Fendez to the customer (glasses, mounts, warranties, accessories…). Any customer proceeding with stage 6 of the ordering process (choice of payment method) is considered to have accepted this quote in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
This validation constitutes an electronic signature which, between Fendez and the customers, has the same value as a handwritten signature and is worth proof of the complete order and the due payment of the sums due in execution of that order, as well as the full and unqualified acceptance of the entirety of these terms and conditions of sale.
www.helloptic.fr will systematically confirm each customer’s order and then their e-mail shipment.

Article 4 – Customer Commitments

By placing an order on the www.helloptic.fr site, the customer certifies:

  • Being in full possession of these physical and mental means
  • Be over the age of 18 and not order glasses for a person under the age of 16.
  • Be in possession of a medical prescription for contact lenses or corrective lenses ordered, and that this prescription has been issued by an ophthalmologist or other licensed health professional.
  • In accordance with the legislation, this order must be less than one year old for those under 16, under 5 for 16-42 year olds and under 3 for those over 42. Article 5 – Order Validation


When the order is paid for by the customer, it will be manually verified by Fendez.

If the customer has not ordered the lenses corresponding to his correction (unifocal lenses instead of progressive lenses or a correction too large that does not allow to realize the lenses selected by the customer with standard lenses). Fendez will stop the order and contact the customer to offer him the lenses most suited to his correction. If there is a refusal of the customer, or refusal to pay the supplement for the adaptation of the glasses to the correction then Fendez reserve the right to cancel the order .

Article 6 – Price Terms

6.1. All product prices are shown in dirham all taxes included (DHS TTC)
No orders will be prepared until the corresponding payment has been received.

6.2. All deliveries are made only on the territory of the Kingdom of Morocco

6.3. Fendez reserves the right to terminate a customer’s account and/or refuse any order from a customer with whom there would be a dispute over the payment of a previous world or which would present any form of risk to him.

Article 7 – Product and service compliance

7.1. Fendez is committed to eniding the photographic representation of products or services on the website as faithful as possible to the products or services themselves. Article 9 – Quality control

Following an order all pairs of corrective glasses are automatically checked and checked by a qualified optician before delivery to the customer.

In addition, additional control can be carried out by sample method to our lenses to verify that they are in compliance with EC standards.

At the time of the order by the customer of the optical lenses he will be able to apply for the certificate corresponding to EC standards, informing us of the order number it will be transmitted to him within 10 calendar days.


Article 11- Payment

11.1. rule

The payment is made by bank card, Amanpay account, or bank transfer.

The customer’s bank account will be debited on the date of the order and it will be validated after the confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers

The payment of purchases is made by bank card, Amanpay account or bank transfer.

The accepted bank cards are: CB, Master Card and Visa. The customer’s bank account will be debited on the date of the order and it will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centres.

Article 12- Security

The helloptic.fr site has one of the most efficient security systems. Payments are made through the SSL encryption process to enable our customers to be effectively protected from fraud. The helloptic.fr site does not have access to confidential information relating to the payment.

Article 13 – Delivery

13.1. Delivery location

The products will be delivered to the address that the customer mentioned during the ordering process, all deliveries will be informed via electronic mail to the address also indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

13.2. Delivery time

Fendez will carry out everything in its means in order to be able to carry out the order no later than 16 calendar days from the moment Fendez has all the necessary and sufficient information to carry out the order. Fendez is committed to informing the customer if this order requires additional time.

13.3. Delayed delivery

If the customer wishes to be reimbursed after a delay exceed the delivery time mentioned in the “Delivery Time” section, the customer will be able to contact us with the “Contact us” section and thus we will commit to make the refund within 7 days followed by his written request.

13.4. Delivery made

Delivery is considered to be made as soon as the product or service is made available to the customer.

It is up to the customer to check the shipment on arrival and thus be able to carry out all his reservations and claims that would appear justified.

The customer may refuse the package if the package is likely to have been opened or if it bears clear signs of deterioration, so-called reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by letter recommended with acknowledgement within three business days of the delivery of the products and a copy will be transferred to helloptic.fr.

In case of transport-related damage, the customer will have to refuse the package and send helloptic.fr a photo of the unseeded package to see the damage. In case of loss of the parcel by the carrier Fendez undertakes to carry out and free of charge a new shipment to the customer, after receiving confirmation of the loss of this parcel by the carrier .

Article 14 – Legal guarantees

Fendez is bound to its Members by the legal guarantee of the defects of the thing sold mentioned in Article 65 of Law 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures.

As part of the legal guarantee of the defects of the thing sold, we undertake to reimburse you the price of the Product to which the initial delivery costs are subtracted.

If you exercise any of these guarantees, you can return your Products to us after receipt under the following terms and conditions:

– You must return the properly protected products to us in their original packaging along with any possible accessories.

– Products must not have been used to a level that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product. Thus, they must not bear the mark of prolonged use exceeding the time required for their fitting, or testing.

– Also cannot be picked up, all parcels for which there is no information to identify the sender (name, first name, address, order number).

Article 15 – Right of withdrawal

In the case of an order for uncut raw corrective lenses, this retraction clause will not apply and no exchange or refund may be made unless the lenses delivered are found to be defective.

The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping back the product he wishes to be refunded or exchanged under the “satisfied or refunded” clause. However, at the request of the customer and at Fendez’s discretion (especially in cases where the return is justified by an error on fendez’s part), Fendez may agree to reimburse the customer (once by maximum order) the amount of shipping costs within the following limits:

  • Customer residing in Morocco: maximum refund of 6 euros
  • In order to obtain such a refund, the customer will have to present a proof to Fendez, by mail or email (scanned or faxed document).

The products must be returned to Fendez in a perfect state of resale and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, notice…). When a buyer returns products, any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned products must be new, unused and in their original case perfectly intact.

The various products must be returned under the following conditions in order to qualify for the right of withdrawal mentioned above:

Contact lenses and cleaning products: products must not have been opened and their packaging must be intact (plastic film, cardboard, etc.).

Wearing eyeglass frames and/or corrective lenses mounted on jointly purchased or on-frame mount provided by the customer: must not have been worn other than for the testing of the glasses, must not show any signs of use or wear. All accessories (case, rag, mini screwdriver, notice…) must also be retouched and be in perfect condition and not have been used.

The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order (unless the customer agrees for another method of refund) and within 45 days maximum.

Article 17 – Personal Data

Fendez collects information about the customer when creating their customer account (name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number). This information allows Fendez to track orders. This data is not transmitted to third parties but can be used to send exclusive information and promotional offers from Fendez, which the customer can opt out of at any time.

Fendez is committed to ensuring the security of personal data through strict procedures.
Fendez is committed to complying with consumer protection laws under Consumer Protection Act 31-08, with Law 15-95 forming the Code of Commerce.

And Fendez is also committed to compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 09-08.
